At PHAME Academy, talent rules. Dmae Roberts talks to Stephen Marc Beaudoin, interim executive director of PHAME.

In this episode of  Stage & Studio We hear about this academy that provides classes and performing opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities.

PHAME offers varied classes in music, theatre, visual arts and creative writing in Portland.

Beaudoin is joined by music director Ben Landsverk and student Anne-Marie Plass for an in-studio performance.

We learn more about the talent at the PHAME  Academy and hear about this organization’s creative fundraising efforts which includes a an online gift guide campaign and a musical Winter Gala event with PHAME’s 50 member choir.
